John R. Holstedt

John R. Holstedt serves as the managing partner for the Workers’ Compensation department at Mastagni Holstedt, APC, where he focuses on workers’ compensation litigation, handling both trial and appellate work. His extensive practice also encompasses personal injury and labor and employment law. John has actively participated in oral arguments before the Third District Court of Appeal, contributing his unique skills in both personal injury and workers’ compensation issues. Before embarking on his legal career, John served as a Captain in the United States Air Force from June 1969 to April 1974. During his service, he completed a tour of duty in Vietnam from 1970 to 1971, earning recognition with an Air Medal adorned with four oak leaf clusters and the Distinguished Flying Cross.
