John R. Liber, II

John, a resident of Chagrin Falls, joined the firm in 2010 and became Principal in 2012. He has over twenty years of litigation experience in the successful resolution of complex civil disputes in advance of litigation, and through arbitration, trial and appeals in courtrooms across Ohio and Florida. John has achieved multiple million dollar verdicts and settlements on behalf of injured individuals. He also represents businesses and corporations in complex construction and insurance claims achieving resolution of equipment and property damage losses well into the six figures, and over a half a million dollars. John was a former Assistant State Attorney in Miami, Florida under then State Attorney Janet Reno (later U.S. Attorney General). When the activities of his four children permit, John enjoys playing some golf, bicycling, working in the yard, a good book, and trying to get to their family place in Naples, Florida as often during the winter months as possible.
