John Roddy Pace

John Roddy joined The Parker Firm in 2018 after relocating to East Texas with his family. Since that time, he has tried more than a dozen cases to verdict and successfully obtained summary judgment dismissals of numerous other cases on behalf of the firm's clients. John Roddy focuses his practice on litigation involving trucking and car wrecks, premises liability incidents, and first-party insurance disputes concerning alleged contractual and extracontractual violations.

Prior to joining The Parker Firm, John Roddy attended Texas A&M University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He was also a member of the Corps of Cadets Company E-1, participated in several student leadership organizations, and competed in intramural athletics. He then attended Texas Tech University School of Law, where he graduated second in his class in 2015 with summa cum laude honors. In addition to his studies, John Roddy competed on five national level mock trial and moot court teams as an advocate and brief writer and served as an editor on the Texas Tech Law Review. Following law school, John Roddy served as a federal law clerk to the Honorable Michael H. Schneider and the Honorable K. Nicole Mitchell of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, then worked for a patent and complex commercial litigation firm in Dallas.

Outside of his legal practice, John Roddy enjoys hunting and fishing, coaching his kids' sports teams, and traveling with his wife, Samantha.
