Biography

John graduated from Binghamton University in 1990 with a BA in history. He attended Brooklyn Law School and received his Juris Doctor in 1994.

John has been associated with FKM since 2016. Prior to that he worked as Principal Court Attorney for the Hon. Sarah L. Krauss in the Kings County, NY Supreme, Civil and Criminal Courts. He has also worked for law firms in the practice areas of employment,

personal injury, landlord tenant, matrimonial and construction law. John has presided as a NYC Small Claims Court arbitrator and has adjudicated many Small Claims actions.

He is a member of both the New York State Bar Association and New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers. John is the recipient of the Legal Shield Individual Member’s Choice Award for the years 2019 and 2020.

John is fluent in Italian and proficient in Spanish.
