Mr. Favate is a partner having joined the firm in 1986 following completion of a judicial clerkship in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County. His practice focuses on representing insurers in insurance coverage disputes, representing management and employers in employment practice matters, defense of legal, insurance and other professionals in professional liability matters and complex litigation.
