John Stephen Simko

John S. Simko is an accomplished attorney, who focuses his practice on corporate law, finance, securities litigation, and mining. His experience extends to negotiating high-stakes transactions and managing intricate legal issues in the mining industry.John’s legal journey began with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Idaho in 1961, followed by a Juris Doctor from the same institution in 1966. His academic excellence was recognized during his time as Editor in Chief of the Idaho Law Review. John also served as a Lieutenant in the US Naval Reserve from 1961 to 1977, including active duty from 1961 to 1963.
