John T. Bayer is an experienced trial lawyer who is truly passionate about advocating on behalf of his clients. John has dedicated his career exclusively to advising and counseling individuals who have been arrested for OWI. To ensure the best defense, John keeps up-to-date with the latest forensic science concerning breath and blood tests. John Bayer grew up in Green Bay, Wisconsin. After graduating with his B.A in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2006, John earned his law degree from Marquette University Law School in 2009. He continued to go on and passed the California State Bar Exam. John started his practice in Milwaukee, where he has established himself as a zealous advocate for his clients. John not only represents OWI clients locally, but throughout Wisconsin. He is a valued member of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, as well as the National College of Drunk Driving Defense. His membership to the NCDD keeps him continuously collaborating with the best drunk driving defense lawyers in the Nation.
