John T. Poland

John Poland brings over three decades of multifaceted experience to the entertainment industry. A graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Performing Arts Administration (1989), John quickly moved into management roles at venues across the eastern United States. He later became a regional Vice President for Broadway Across America, where he negotiated critical agreements with major labor unions such as I.A.T.S.E., A.F.M., and A.E.A. During his tenure, John managed and promoted over 100 engagements annually for leading producers and touring productions. His network encompasses hundreds of industry leaders, reflecting a reputation built on trust and collaboration. Currently, John also serves as the Director of Business Affairs for Right Angle Entertainment, contributing to nationally recognized projects with partners like FOX TV, Disney, Sony, Hasbro and Fremantle. John earned his J.D. from Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University and is a member of The Florida Bar and the Entertainment, Arts, & Sports Law section. He is fluent in Spanish and a proud member of Mensa.
