Biography

John V. Berry is the founding partner of the Berry & Berry, PLLC law firm and represents federal employees, government contractors, intelligence agency personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, private sector employees, and state workers in employment, labor, and national security law matters. His practice focuses on security clearance defense, disciplinary action defense, administrative investigations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) claims. He represents federal employees nationwide in security clearance appeals, disciplinary actions, MSPB appeals, EEO complaints, and other employment-related issues. His experience includes handling cases before federal agencies such as the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) and the Defense Office of Hearings and Appeals (DOHA), as well as intelligence agencies (IC) like the CIA and NSA.
