John V. Berry

John V. Berry is the founding partner of the Berry & Berry, PLLC law firm and represents federal employees, government contractors, intelligence agency personnel, law enforcement officers, firefighters, private sector employees, and state workers in employment, labor, and national security law matters. His practice focuses on security clearance defense, disciplinary action defense, administrative investigations, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) claims.
