John W. Adkins, is a trial attorney specializing in personal injury law including auto accidents, truck accidents, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, premises liability claims, dangerous or defective products, medical malpractice, and related plaintiffs’ tort litigation. He was born in Marietta, Georgia. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Kennesaw State University where he received a B. B. A. in Finance, and obtained his J. D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. Additionally, he won various mock trial competitions in the Intensive Advocacy Program at the University of San Francisco.

Mr. Adkins the managing member of Johnson & Ward and holds membership in the State Bars of California and Georgia. He is a member of the American Bar Association, Cobb County Bar Association, Atlanta Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association. He has served as a Barrister in the Bleckley Inns of Court, is a member of the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Georgia, Supreme Court of Georgia, Court of Appeals of Georgia, and all Georgia Superior, State, Probate and Magistrate Courts. He is also a member of Kennesaw Lodge No. 33, F. & A. M., of the Kennesaw State University Alumni Association and of Pi Kappa Phi Fraternity.
