John W. VanDenburgh is a founding partner of the firm of Napierski, VanDenburgh, Napierski & O’Connor, LLP and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict on behalf of individuals, municipalities, private sector businesses and insurance companies. He is a 1984 graduate of Siena College and a 1987 graduate from Albany Law School of Union University. Mr. VanDenburgh is admitted to practice in New York State Courts, United States District Court for the Northern District of New York, United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the United States Supreme Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association (Tort and Insurance Law Section), the New York State Bar Association (Insurance, Negligence, Compensation Law & Employment Law Sections), New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Capital District Trial Lawyer’s Association, Federal Court Bar Association, Schenectady County Bar Association and the Albany County Bar Association. He is a member of the Defense Research Institute and Past President and past member of the Board of the Defense Research Institute of Northeastern New York.
