Biography

Jolanta Nowakowska-Zimoch is the Managing Partner in the Warsaw Office of Greenberg Traurig. She concentrates her practice on real estate transactions and the financing of real estate projects. She represents developers, project financing banks, institutional clients and real estate funds in construction projects in Poland. She is widely recognized in the real estate market and has been involved in major transactions involving commercial, office, and logistics properties, including the construction of the largest shopping centers in Warsaw, as well as cross-border deals throughout Europe.

Jolanta assists local and international clients investing in real estate in Poland, advising on the structure of transactions, the acquisition and sale of building sites, the preparation of the investment process, and the negotiation and drafting of construction, development, and real estate contracts. She has also been involved in numerous arbitration proceedings in Poland.
