Jolene K. Murray

Ms. Murray is a Partner who joined the firm in 2010. Her prior experience in the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Maryland, private laws in Baltimore City, Anne Arundel County and Baltimore County has given her a road understanding of all aspects of litigation. Ms. Murray has successfully handled a variety of civil litigation cases, including: slip and fall, premises liability, products liability, asbestos, lead paint, construction, intentional torts and automobile negligence. Ms. Murray is a trial attorney and her practice focuses on all aspects of insurance defense litigation. She has extensive experience defending a variety of civil cases including premises liability, personal injury, construction, product liability and toxic tort matters. In addition to representing individual and commercial policyholders, Ms. Murray also represents insurance companies in state insurance administration matters, first party insurance claims, insurance coverage, and insurance fraud litigation. Ms. Murray has successfully tried many cases in the District and Circuit Courts of Maryland, as well as effectively argued appellate matters.
