Jonas H. Kushner

Jonas also represents the sick, injured and disabled in other areas of the law. Specifically, he helps his clients with the following:

· Fighting for private and state disability benefits;

· Automobile crashes;

· Slip and fall accidents; and

· Wrongful death matters

Jonas prides himself on being available to speak with anyone about questions they may have regarding any type of case. If it is a legal matter that he is unwilling or unable to assist with, he happily directs clients to his trusted network of attorney-colleagues. He encourages everyone to pick up the telephone to call him for any reason.

Jonas is a member of the Florida Bar; Federal Middle District; the National Organization of Social Security Claims Representatives (NOSSCR); and the American Association of Justice (AAJ). He was born and raised in South Florida and is an active member in the community.
