Jonathan A. Schaub is a skilled litigator and trial attorney with broad experience defending employers against claims asserted in state and federal courts and arbitration. Jonathan regularly defends wage and hour class actions, PAGA and representative actions, and single-plaintiff actions concerning allegations of wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation, as well as matters involving trade secret misappropriation and whistleblower retaliation.

Jonathan also routinely handles high-value business disputes, complex commercial litigation, and consumer class actions, including claims relating to unfair competition, breaches of contract and fiduciary duties, privacy, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
