Biography

Jonathan A. Stump joined Quinn Johnston in 1999 and concentrates his practice on defending claims of product liability, professional negligence, fire loss, automobile negligence, premises liability, and construction litigation. He also has a significant practice in insurance coverage and analysis litigation and healthcare law. He is often employed by clients prior to litigation, to assist insurers' with investigations of arson and fraud, and to manage company investigations of heavy equipment involved in personal injury losses. Jon has extensive trial experience throughout Central Illinois, and has obtained successful outcomes for his clients through jury trials, dispositive motions, and alternative dispute resolution.
