Biography

Jonathan started his career in 1994 with a leading audit firm. Since then he has specialised mainly in corporate taxation services, group structures, international taxation as well as advising a large number of international clients in financial services. Jonathan participated as a speaker on direct and indirect taxation at various seminars to foreign tax practitioners. Jonathan has also prepared papers and attended fiscal committee meetings with other European tax practitioners of the Confederation Fiscale Européanne (Note: ital). These papers were presented to the EU Commission (Ecofin) for consideration before being drafted as EU fiscal legislation. Jonathan holds a warrant as a Certified Public Accountant, authorized to act as an Auditor.
