Jonathan B. Koby focuses his practice on the representation of talent and entertainment companies in transactional legal matters throughout the music and entertainment industries. His practice consists of advising and counseling clients across multiple musical genres with respect to the structuring and negotiation of a multitude of entertainment agreements and transactions, the development and implementation of long-term business and legal strategy, and helping clients navigate the complexities and issues surrounding the exploitation of music and related intellectual property rights in a rapidly evolving industry.

Jonathan represents both major and independent recording artists, songwriters, producers, record companies, music publishing companies, production companies, executives, management companies, music festivals, and various other creators and purveyors of music and entertainment content.

As a former talent manager and musician, Jonathan leverages his prior experience to bring a unique perspective and dynamic to his client relationships and representation.
