Jonathan Brozyna is a partner in the Tampa offices of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Jonathan dedicates his legal practice to representing clients injured in catastrophic automobile and trucking collisions, wrongful death, and general personal injury cases. Jonathan believes that everyone deserves the very best legal representation and prides him in relentlessly seeking justice for his clients.
Over the years, Jonathan has obtained millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients. Some of Jonathan’s most recent verdicts include: a $1.3 million (motor vehicle crash), $3.38 million (truck crash), and $202,000 (slip and fall). In addition to trial victories, Jonathan has recovered millions of dollars in settlements for his deserving clients.
Jonathan attended the University of Arizona where he was a member of the University’s Division I Men’s Tennis Team, receiving his B.A. in 2002. In 2008, he received his Juris Doctorate Degree from Florida State College of Law. While attending Law School in Tallahassee, he served as a Law Clerk for the Florida Attorney General in the Economic Crimes Division.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Jonathan worked at two prestigious Civil Trial Firms located in Tampa, Florida. During the early years of his legal career, he defended numerous large insurance companies/their insureds, a multi-state Supermarket chain, property owners and state entities in a variety of civil claims, including: auto accidents, tractor-trailer accidents, motorcycle accidents, negligent security, slip and fall accidents, pharmacy negligence and wrongful death. Having represented large insurance companies for many years, Jonathan understands how insurance companies defend and evaluate injury cases. He uses his intimate knowledge of the insurance industry to help his clients who have suffered serious personal injuries at the hands of someone else’s negligent conduct.
In addition to having years of experience defending cases in State and Federal Court, Jonathan has also prosecuted thousands of personal injury cases, recovering tens of millions of dollars for his clients over the years. Unlike many of his peers, he has successfully tried numerous Civil Jury Trials early on in his legal career and is at home in the courtroom.
Mr. Brozyna is married and has two young daughters.
