Biography

Jon Caballero represents financial institutions and other entities in a variety of commercial transactions, including real estate, corporate and small business, and asset-based lending. These transactions include acquisition financing, construction financing and refinancing, revolving lines of credit, loan modifications and restructuring. Mr. Caballero also assists clients with negotiating and drafting loan documents, leases and other contracts, conducting closings, litigation of related claims, and business formations. Mr. Caballero is admitted to practice in Maryland and Washington D.C., the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland.
