Biography

As a member of the Health Care Department, Jonathan represents and advises medical professionals and providers in a wide range of medical malpractice matters. He is experienced in managing every stage of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motion practice, depositions, settlement negotiations and trial. Jonathan is committed to fostering strong client relationships and delivers clear, strategic communication throughout each case.

Throughout his legal career, Jonathan has successfully represented and advised Fortune 500 businesses, regional and global commercial entities, directors and officers, medical professionals, hospitals, and individuals on various legal matters from civil assault to federal appeals. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

Prior to beginning his legal career, Jonathan served as a volunteer Emergency Medical Technician in New Jersey, where he was among the first responders providing medical care on 9/11. His frontline medical experience laid a strong foundation for his transition into the legal profession, where he now applies his clinical insight to the practice of health care law.
