Biography

Jonathan Quagliarello is an experienced associate attorney and a member of WSHB's national Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team. With extensive expertise in cybersecurity and data privacy, Jonathan routinely assists firm clients with all aspects of incident response, ensuring they meet their regulatory and reporting obligations under state and federal laws.

Jonathan earned his J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where he was actively involved in the school's Interdisciplinary Mental & Physical Health Law Clinic, providing support to Pennsylvanians navigating the healthcare system. Prior to attending law school, he gained valuable experience as a market analyst and completed an internship with the Delaware County District Attorney’s Office. He holds a B.B.A. from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Outside of the office, Jonathan enjoys staying active and traveling.
