Biography

Jonathan F. Ball is Of Counsel and an experienced Civil Appellate and Trial Litigator at Lamb McErlane.

Jon has represented and counseled clients in a wide variety of litigation and other matters for more than 25 years. He has briefed and argued more than 80 appeals in state and federal courts across the country, as well as numerous dispositive and critical motions at the trial level. Jon has handled many novel, complex, and high-stakes matters. In addition, he has rendered pro bono services in election matters and appellate court review of the denial of asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under the United Nations Convention Against Torture.
