Biography

Jonathan (or Jon) was born and raised in Canada, and is a graduate of several Canadian universities. He became a naturalized United States citizen in 2006, and graduated from the University of Dayton School of Law the next year. He is admitted to practice in Ohio, and in the federal courts of the Southern District of Ohio. His practice focuses on real property issues, including landlord/tenant, premises liability, and construction disputes, and debt collection. He is a member of the Dayton, Ohio State, and Greene County Bar Associations, and the Carl D. Kessler Inn of Court. He joined Green & Green, Lawyers in 2010, after practicing as an assistant prosecutor in the civil division of the Greene County, Ohio Prosecutor's Office. His community involvement includes promotion of Dayton's local arts scene, and he has served as President of the Dayton Ballet's Associate Board. In his remaining spare time, he renovates his home, performs at local community theaters, or works on his graduate thesis in social and applied economics. Ontario College of Teachers, Member in Good Standing since 2003.
