Jonathan Goebel is the managing attorney at Rosenstein Law Group, is licensed to practice law in the state of Arizona and the United States District Court. He graduated Pepperdine School of Law in 2003. With nearly 20 years of practicing criminal law, Jonathan Goebel has litigated criminal matters ranging from misdemeanors to complex felony cases throughout Arizona. Jonathan is compassionate and genuinely cares for the well-being of his clients while being an aggressive advocate and dedicated to securing the best results for each of his clients. His personal interaction and client compassion only add to his success in the courtroom.
He is certified as a DUI Certified Specialist by the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD). This is a highly exclusive club of DUI attorneys. In fact, Jonathan is one of only four in the entire State of Arizona and one of approximately 50 in the whole United States and Canada. He is also a member of the Arizona Attorneys for Criminal Justice (AACJ) and The National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (NACDL).
In 2019, he was selected to be on the State Bar of Arizona’s Criminal Law Advisory Commission. He was chosen along with only 9 other selected attorneys; he served a three-year term. The mission of the advisory commission is to regulate the certification of legal specialists. He has represented clients in nearly every Court in Arizona, earning many complete dismissals of all his clients’ charges by successfully arguing numerous types of pretrial motions.

He lives in Scottsdale, Arizona, with his wonderful wife, Alyssa Watral Goebel. He is an avid golfer with a six handicap and is a huge Arizona Cardinals fan (a 16-year season-ticket holder).
