Biography

Jonathan joined Whitelaw Twining as an associate in 2020 and practices in the insurance litigation group. Before joining the firm, Jonathan practiced at a litigation boutique in Vancouver.

Jonathan has appeared on behalf of clients before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and Provincial Court of British Columbia, and assisted on matters involving various boards and tribunals.

Jonathan brings a collaborative approach to working with his clients in managing risk and achieving favourable outcomes. Similar to his background in scientific research, Jonathan values using the discovery and information gathering process to understand the true nature of a claim in pursuing an efficient and cost-effective resolution.

In his spare time, Jonathan enjoys reading, running, hiking, and cycling.
