Jonathan Morley Cohen

Jonathan M. Cohen has made a career in courtrooms for nearly two decades, litigating countless civil and criminal trials. Every one of his clients receive his personal attention and expertise in complex matters, including catastrophic injury litigation, the enforcement of civil rights, insurance and business litigation and negotiations, and criminal prosecutions. He has also been referred to as an expert on constitutional law, civil rights, and construction law, and has been engaged as lead and co-counsel in many major cases across state lines resulting in seven and eight-figure jury awards and settlements.
