AREAS OF PRACTICE
Mr. Brockman handles a variety of negligence cases as an Atlanta area attorney involving automobile collisions, trucking collisions, aggravated liability injury collisions, premises liability, slip and fall, dog bites, foreign objects in food, contaminated food, defective products, as well as job injury claims. He has successfully pursued these claims for his clients against individuals, employers, insurance companies and some of the largest corporations in the United States.
Mr. Brockman has had a great deal of success representing individuals injured or killed as a result of the carelessness of others. He is certified as a life member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum as well as the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Membership in this organization is limited to attorneys who have acted as lead counsel and won million dollar or multi-million dollar settlements, verdicts or awards for clients. These Forums were founded in 1993 and are among the most prestigious trial attorney organizations in America. There are approximately 4,000 members of this organization which means that less than 1% of all attorneys in the United States are members of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum or the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
HISTORY
Mr. Brockman became licensed as a Georgia attorney in 1990. He spent the early portion of his career representing insurance companies, trucking companies, as well as automobile accident defendants in injury cases. He learned a great deal about defending individuals and entities from injury claims. He also learned much about how insurance companies view, evaluate and defend injury claims.
Mr. Brockman started his own personal injury law firm in 2001. His practice is focused exclusively on representing individuals injured or killed by the carelessness of others. He has excelled at reaching positive results for his clients on personal injury claims and wrongful death claims primarily for two reasons. Initially, his background in handling insurance matters prior to starting his own personal injury law firm in the Atlanta area has provided him the experience necessary to successfully pursue injury claims. Equally important, he works hard for his clients. This combination of experience and hard work typically yields positive results for his clients.
