Biography

Jonathan Victor is an associate attorney in the Los Angeles office of WSHB. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, representing clients in transportation matters, fire incidents, Legionnaires' disease cases, professional liability, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury claims. In addition, Jonathan is a member of the firm’s national Cybersecurity and Data Privacy team based in Westport, Connecticut. He regularly advises clients on rapidly evolving privacy and cybersecurity issues and collaborates with cyber insurance carriers on subrogation and recovery strategies.

Jonathan earned dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Public Policy and Psychology from Duke University, graduating cum laude, before obtaining his Juris Doctor from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law. With a unique blend of legal acumen and behavioral science expertise, Jonathan co-authored a study examining jurors’ comprehension and application of the Model Penal Code insanity defense.

He is admitted to practice law in the State of California.
