Jonathan S. Comitz

Attorney Jonathan S. Comitz is a lifelong resident of northeastern Pennsylvania, having grown up in Wilkes-Barre’s Heights neighborhood and graduated from G.A.R. Memorial High School. He continued his education at Juniata College and Widener University Commonwealth Law School in Harrisburg, before returning to his hometown to begin his legal career in 2003. Deeply rooted in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton community, Attorney Comitz credits his family’s legacy of hard work—his grandfathers were a coal miner and a bakery delivery driver—for shaping the values that define his practice today: integrity, diligence, and commitment to service. Attorney Comitz is an active member of numerous professional organizations, including the Federal Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, and has represented clients in both state and federal courts locally and across the United States. In addition to his legal work, he is dedicated to community service, currently serving on the boards of the F.M. Kirby Center for the Performing Arts and the Hollenback Cemetery Association. Attorney Comitz focuses his practice on personal injury and commercial litigation, and is known for being highly accessible to clients—offering free consultations seven days a week.
