Biography

Jonathan’s practice focuses on all aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions across North Carolina, acting as counsel for thousands of buyers and sellers over his career. He has also represented real estate developers, homebuilders, banks and mortgage brokers, real estate agents and brokers, and landlords and tenants. In addition, Jonathan handles a wide variety of other real estate matters, including foreclosure and eviction proceedings, title defect resolution and lease/contract drafting.

Jonathan is a native of Boonville, North Carolina. He has been in the Raleigh/Cary area for nearly twenty years. Jonathan is married to his wife Katy and they have two daughters.
