Jonathan is Managing Partner and an Estate and Trust Litigation Attorney for Clear Counsel Law Group. In addition to managing the growing and thriving law firm, Jonathan focuses his practice on estate and trust litigation and handles all kinds of disputes that arise after someone dies: from will and trust contests involving claims of lack of capacity and undue influence to pursuing claims against and removal of rogue executors and trustees, as well as a slew of other challenging disputed issues that families, heirs, beneficiaries, and fiduciaries face in estate and trust matters.
