Jordan’s public roles include Municipal Court Prosecutor for multiple jurisdictions, prior service as a public defender and Middlesex County assistant prosecutor, leadership on local ethics and educational boards, pro bono work with Central Jersey Legal Services, and guest editorials for The Star-Ledger. He is active in the Middlesex County, New Jersey State, and American Bar Associations, the Federalist Society, and is a member of American Mensa.
