Jordan Grotzinger is Co-Chair of the Los Angeles Litigation practice and member of Greenberg Traurig’s Trial Practice Group . He is a trusted problem solver and national thought leader on trade secret law. Jordan represents companies across industries in trade secret litigation and counseling matters, and has represented some of the most significant entertainment and media companies in high-profile litigation.

Jordan founded and hosts Greenberg Traurig’s Trade Secret Law Evolution Podcast, a top podcast on trade secret law since 2019 that has been downloaded around the world. The podcast offers monthly updates and takeaways on the latest developments and trends in this area. Jordan created the podcast to systematize constant learning of the law on this subject as it evolves and give actionable data points to listeners who need to stay current. He also is a frequent panelist on trade secret issues at events across the country.

Jordan has tried jury and non-jury cases throughout California and has argued before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the California Court of Appeal.
