Biography

Jordan FitzGerald practices primarily in the area of civil litigation, along with natural resource, water, and environmental law. He is a member of the State Bar of Montana, and he is licensed to practice in both Montana state and federal courts.

Jordan was born and raised in Forsyth, Montana. He attended the University of Montana where he graduated in 2012 with high honors, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Political Science.

Jordan then attended the University of Montana School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate degree in 2015 with honors. While in law school, Jordan competed in the National Moot Court Competition, participating in its regional competition in Seattle, Washington in 2014. He also acted as the Secretary and President of the Rural Advocacy League and held membership in the law school’s Land Use and Natural Resources Clinic. During his two summers in law school, Jordan interned at Brown Law Firm in Billings, Montana.
