Biography

Jordann L.A. Wilhelm practices primarily in the areas of labor and employment law, administrative law, commercial litigation, and corporate and business law. Jordann represents both public and private clients in civil litigation and administrative matters before all state, federal, and appellate courts, including the Division of Administrative Hearings.

In her labor and employment practice, Jordann provides general counsel services and routinely advises management regarding all phases of the employment relationship including hiring, wage and hour, discipline, severance, and termination concerns. She also advises employers regarding day-to-day concerns including employee manuals and policies and procedures. Jordann represents both public and private sector employers in all forms of employment-related litigation including, breach of non-competition agreements, trade secret concerns, Fair Labor Standards Act litigation and the defense of race, disability, gender discrimination/sexual harassment, and retaliation claims. She also regularly represents employers before state and federal regulators such as the Department of Labor in Wage & Hour investigations, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Florida Commission on Human Relations.

In her administrative law practice, Jordann represents clients before state and federal regulators and regularly represents private and public sector clients throughout the procurement process.

Jordann graduated from Florida State University College of Law in 2017 with high honors. She is proud to be a “Double Nole” and was recognized as a 2022 Notable Nole by the FSU Alumni Association (formerly known as Thirty Under 30). Jordann has also recently been named to the Florida Super Lawyers list as a Rising Star for Labor & Employment. The Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list is a peer-reviewed list of lawyers representing no more than 2.5% of Florida lawyers.
