Biography

Mr. Burgos has extensive experience in all aspects of complex civil litigation, with an emphasis in product liability and commercial litigation. He represents national and multinational companies in product liability and commercial litigation disputes. From this experience, he has developed a specialty in dealing with law suits related to transactions, accidents or events that occur abroad. This includes issues related to jurisdiction, forum non conveniens, venue, choice of law, service of process, discovery abroad and discovery in the U.S. involving foreign litigation
