Biography

Jorja Carr-Knecht focuses her practice on the defense of complex general liability matters including labor law, construction accidents, vehicular negligence, property damage, and premises liability.

Ms. Knecht earned her Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal School of Law. She was named best speaker at their elite Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition, and she served on the school’s nationally ranked Moot Court Board honor society. During law school, she interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s office in the Appeals Bureau where she helped to prepare briefs to the Appellate Division of the State of New York and to Federal Court.
