Biography

Jose R. Vento is a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and commercial contracts. Jose advises clients in a wide variety of sectors including aviation, renewable energy, and technology. With a deep background in intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights, Jose is able to provide comprehensive counsel for clients in the technology industry. He also advises his clients on general corporate and international franchising, licensing, and distribution matters.

Prior to becoming an attorney Jose was an engineer in the aviation industry. First, as a manufacturing engineer at a large airframe manufacturer and then, as an avionics engineer for a large international operator. At Greenberg Traurig, Jose has represented clients in the Aviation industry with general operations matters as well as in the Mergers and Acquisitions space.
