Joseph A. Cescon

Joseph (Joe) is a partner at McLeish Orlando. He is a graduate of the University of King’s college, Dalhousie University, and Western University.

Joe began his legal career as an articling student at McLeish Orlando in 2008, he joined the firm as an associate in 2009, and was admitted to the partnership in 2015.

Joe’s interest in helping those who have suffered injuries, or who have lost loved ones, to navigate the complex legal framework in Ontario, stems from the tragic death of his family member in a workplace incident. Since that time he has dedicated his practice exclusively to working for injured clients and their families.

He has managed a wide variety of personal injury, wrongful death and long term disability cases for people of all ages. He has the expertise and experience required to achieve a successful outcome, no matter how complex the case. He has handled cases at every level of court in Ontario, including the Court of Appeal.

A passionate advocate, Joe strives to assist his clients in their recovery and in the pursuit of their goals.

Joe is best known for his ability to develop creative solutions to issues that arise and his ability to empathize with his clients and their family members. He will patiently guide you through the legal process with efficiency and compassion. A long-time board member of the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington, Joe is committed to advancing initiatives to prevent injury where possible.
