Biography

Joe Varvara is a real estate attorney and a partner at Dickler & Roth, LLP. As a lifelong New Yorker, Joe understands the various real estate issues unique to the New York and New Jersey market. Joe’s approach to all facets of real estate law is collaborative with the various necessary professionals of Real Estate – mortgage brokers, realtors, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, etc. He understands the importance of timely communication with his clients and these professionals in such a competitive market. Joe prides himself on making his client feel at ease in a potentially stressful process. Prior to joining Dickler & Roth, LLP, Joe was the founder and owner of Varvara Law, P.C. – a general practice law firm located in DUMBO, Brooklyn. He previously spent time at Zimner Law P.C. and Dobshinsky & Priya LLC. Joe earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is also a proud graduate of Syracuse University and Xavier High School (NYC).
