Joseph Aaron Grant

For more than 13 years, Joseph Grant has helped families across South Florida through difficult, high-emotion legal matters, including divorce, custody and time-sharing disputes, domestic violence injunctions, and dependency cases. He approaches each client with patience and respect, knowing that family law is rarely just “legal”, it’s personal. Joseph takes time to understand the details of your situation, explain your options in plain language, and build a strategy that fits your goals, whether that means settlement discussions, mediation, or strong courtroom advocacy. His practice covers contested and collaborative divorce, child support, alimony and the 2023 Florida reforms, equitable distribution and property division, and related civil family issues. Clients often describe Joseph as responsive, transparent, and genuinely invested in helping them reach a stable outcome. A South Florida native who grew up in Juno Beach, Joseph remains connected to the community through local associations, nonprofit involvement, and civic events. He is a member of the Florida Bar and is proud to serve families throughout the Treasure Coast and Palm Beach County. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his black lab, Midnight, a good book, coffee, and getting in a round of golf.
