Joseph Agostino concentrates his practice on intellectual property law. He prepares and prosecutes U.S. and foreign patent applications, with a concentration in the mechanical arts, U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and copyright applications. He has negotiated and drafted agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property, including patents, trademarks, and copyrights. Joe handles various intellectual property disputes, trademark opposition proceedings, patent and trademark litigation, anti-counterfeiting matters, and domain name disputes.
