Biography

Joseph Alexander is an accomplished trial attorney, who joined the firm as a Partner in 2025. He specializes in defending physicians, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in high exposure medical malpractice, product liability and general liability litigation.

Joseph is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from case inception through trial. He approaches each matter—regardless of its size or complexity—with the same level of diligence, precision, and determination. His keen analytical skills and effective motion practice have led to numerous dismissals in high-exposure cases, including those involving multi-million-dollar claims.

In addition to his litigation practice, Joseph is passionate about the development of the next generation of legal professionals. He actively mentors law students and young attorneys, frequently speaks at legal and medical education events and proudly serves as an alumni coach for the St. John’s University School of Law Moot Court team.
