Biography

Starting with RDM straight out of law school, Joe has nearly 20 years of experience in the fields of products liability, insurance defense, and commercial litigation.

Joe has extensive experience handling asbestos cases both as local counsel and as national expert witness coordinating counsel. He has been involved in all aspects of trial preparation and in the development of expert witnesses as well as in settlement negotiation and motion practice. Additionally, he serves as general counsel for several dental practices and construction companies.
