Joseph C. Giametta, Esq. received his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Utica College and his Juris Doctorate with a

concentration in Family and Criminal Law from Quinnipiac School of Law.

Prior to joining Bryan L. Salamone and Associates, P.C., Mr. Giametta was associated with law firms with over 20 areas of experience in the areas of family court and matrimonial law. Mr. Giametta has extensive litigation experience in the areas of custody, child support, family offenses, orders of protection, and divorce. Mr. Giametta has the skill and ability to analyze the facts and to assess a litigation strategy for each individual matter and generate a positive result for his clients. As a new father himself, Mr. Giametta is passionate about custody cases and parental rights.
