Joseph P. Connor, III, has been practicing law since his admission to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1977. He was a partner at Gibbons, Buckley, Smith, Palmer & Proud until 1982 when he decided to form his own law firm based on hands-on, cost-effective, quality representation.
