Biography

Mr. Borrero has worked on a variety of litigation matters, including securities litigations, shareholder derivative suits, nationwide antitrust class actions, and complex contract disputes. Mr. Borrero has represented some of the world's largest financial institutions, insurance companies, entertainment companies, and product manufacturers before federal and state courts. In addition, Mr. Borrero has maintained a significant pro bono practice, including representing U.S. military veterans before the Department of Veterans' Affairs. Mr. Borrero graduated with High Honors from The George Washington University Law School, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a member of The George Washington University Law Review.
