Biography

Joseph D. Lento is a dedicated attorney with nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in high-stakes legal matters. A graduate of Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Joseph honed his trial advocacy skills while attending night classes and working to achieve his dream of becoming an attorney. He gained invaluable courtroom experience through his work with the Defender Association of Philadelphia and received the Honorable Nicholas A. Cipriani Scholarship.

Before founding Lento Law Group, P.C., Joseph built his own successful law firm from the ground up, handling thousands of cases. His legal practice spans criminal defense, education law, municipal law, personal injury, mass torts, and class actions. Joseph has been recognized as one of Pennsylvania's Top 100 Criminal Defense Trial Lawyers by the National Trial Lawyers and is licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

In addition to his practice, Joseph serves as a certified arbitrator for the First and Eleventh Judicial Districts of Pennsylvania. His commitment to achieving results for his clients is a testament to his relentless work ethic and unwavering dedication.
