Biography

Joseph joined HPM&B in 2024 as an associate. He represents hospitals, physicians, medical health professionals and institutions in Nassau and Suffolk County as well as the New York Metropolitan area in complex medical professional litigation.

Joseph participates in all stages of pre-trial litigation including discovery, legal research, motion practice, investigation, and suit evaluation.

Prior to joining HPM&B, Joseph clerked for the Hon. James Lawrence King in the Southern District of Florida in Miami, Florida. During law school, he was Newark Campus Representative and staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Religion, and received the Pro-Bono Publico Service Award for 100+ hours of service.
